"I first met Chuck when my family moved here to San Carlos back in 2005. It was at an open house and he was present at the listing of all the real estate agents I met over the last several weeks, he was the most professional and respectful Realtor®️ that I met. I felt immediate trust because even though I was new he made me feel connected to the community. What I like most about Chuck is his ability to not only understand who we were as people but also understand what we really needed and not just what we wanted. The house he thought for us met all of our needs and was, in fact, the best house of all the houses we had seen. We live on the east side of San Carlos which we love. Originally, we were fooled by other Realtors®️ who kept saying negative things about this part of San Carlos. The east side is fabulous. It is close to downtown, extremely walkable, and some beautiful properties are located in this area. Even though Chuck knew we did not want to go to the east side, his ability to connect with us and make us feel like we could trust him is the reason why we even consider this house. And, we fell in love. During negotiations, he helped us stay objective and not let emotion rule the day. The strategies gave us the best opportunity to buy the house at the most reasonable price. When I first worked with Chuck I was actually his first sale. I never would have known this and Chuck didn't have to tell me. But his honesty and integrity showed the moment he was willing to acknowledge that he was new to this profession. I never would've known otherwise. I have stayed connected the check over the years, and I know, that when I use him again to eventually sell, I am totally confident that he has excellent local knowledge and strong negotiation skills. Our first meeting went so well that we did not bother interviewing any other real estate agents to sell our home. Chuck is very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. His knowledge of San Carlos and the White Oaks area is unmatched. If you walk around San Carlos with him, he can tell you the real estate history of many of the houses because he knows the area so well. When it came to setting a sales price, he helped us come up with a listing price and gave us a range of what he thought our house would sell for. We sold well over asking and very quickly. Selling and moving can be very stressful so we were so thankful to have Chuck help us through the process. Chuck hit it out of the ballpark and we highly recommend him to others."

We were relocated from Seattle and found him to help us to find a house in the bay area according to the good yelp reviews. Chuck did not disappoint us. First, he did a good briefing to let us know about the housing market and the procedure. We then did the house hunting for almost half a year, and he helped us along the way to scan/check/tour many many houses (on average 4-5 per week). And, he is accessible almost all the time (even late at night) and wrote several offers for us. He presented our offer nicely to the seller of the house we are currently living, and I think his fabulous preparation and presentation are a critical reason for our offer standing out among multiple strong offers (imagine how hot the housing market is in May 2013).
